While most brands carry a standard limited workmanship warranty, a few take it to the next level with satisfaction warranties.

Here are findings on brands that go beyond the norms:

Cooper Tire – Offers a "45-Day Road Test" on several of their Cooper branded passenger and sport utility tires. If the consumer is unhappy, they can return the original tire for any reason, other than exclusions found on the following link. Consumers can qualify for Cooper brand replacements free of charge including mounting and balancing. Toyo Tires – Offers a trial offer referred to as "No Regrets." The consumer can return the tires for approved reasons to the dealer for replacement tires or a refund for the purchase price including mounting and balancing. Refunds and replacements are only given if purchased on same date and must be a set. Toyo even offers the 45-day trial on the Open Country A/TII if not used off-road. Duro Tires – While Duro does not offer a 45-day trial, they do offer roadside assistance for 2 years from the date of purchase on the DP3000 & DP3100 Performa T/P. For details and exclusions visit:

Bridgestone / Firestone Tire – Offers a "Buy & Try 30-day Guarantee" that authorized retailers can offer. Consumers can return the set or ask for a full refund on qualifed tires. For details, applicable tires & exclusions visit:
